Founded in 2016, DiscoverSPS strives to provide life sciences organizations with a new perspective on contract revenue management, government pricing compliance, and systems implementations.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

As owner and Principal Consultant of DiscoverSPS,  I have spent over ten years working in commercial and government contracting, government pricing, and sales operations roles for three pharmaceutical manufacturers. After transitioning to consulting in 2011, I spent the next five years as a Senior Principal with Cumberland Consulting Group, the largest contract and revenue management systems integrator in the life sciences industry.

 

My industry experience set the foundation for a successful career in consulting.  During my time in industry I developed contracting and government pricing infrastructure from the ground up for a small generic manufacturer.  I reorganized the existing government pricing and Medicaid rebate departments for a mid-sized multi-division manufacturer and implemented enterprise solutions to manage those processes.  Finally, I managed a large government pricing department for a branded manufacturer amidst a five-year corporate integrity agreement.

 

My time in industry equipped me with hands-on experience in structuring operations and compliance from the ground up, restructuring existing operations and compliance to meet industry best practices, and successfully managing compliance under the intense scrutiny of the federal government.
